Filigran Academy: the new training platform for mastering Threat Management

Paris, March 3, 2025 – Filigran, the European cybertech company, announces the launch of Filigran Academy, an interactive training ecosystem designed to support professionals in developing their expertise in cybersecurity and threat management.

With Filigran Academy, learning goes beyond simply acquiring theoretical knowledge. The platform combines structured training, gamification, and immersive hands-on exercises to help learners progressively build their skills on OpenCTI and OpenBAS solutions.

A tailored learning experience, structured in three levels

OpenCTI 101: a strong foundation in Threat Intelligence

Ideal for new users, this course introduces the OpenCTI interface, the structuring of intelligence data, data ingestion methods, and mastery of STIX 2.1 concepts. Upon completion, participants will be able to create and manage strategic intelligence, providing a solid foundation for more advanced applications.

OpenCTI 201: application, integration, and team collaboration

This level focuses on the practical application of OpenCTI with real-world scenarios. Learners will explore how to integrate the platform with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, ticketing), automate data ingestion and correlation, and optimize data enrichment for more precise intelligence. The course also emphasizes role-based collaboration to ensure that all team members can effectively leverage OpenCTI’s capabilities to strengthen overall security posture.

OpenCTI 301: advanced use cases and certification

Designed for experts, this course covers advanced use cases, intelligence flow optimization, advanced data modeling, entity linking, custom connector development, and API integration. It also includes preparation for OpenCTI certification, enabling professionals to validate their expertise.
